Great site for a great brewery!

Clive Last

It was very enjoyable meeting Alan M and some of his chums in the Coer de Lion on Friday 23rd June. For us Essex girls and boys it was the first time for a few pints of Bellringer, it was "luverly" and not our last we hope.

Matt

My mind continues to wander to Abbey Ales (Bellringer and Whitefriar) that I sampled while in Bath.
We have nothing to compare with your ales here in the States.

Keep up the good work.

Local Drinker

Look forward to seeing you all at the Coeur de Lion.Trust we will be having Bellringer!

Jon - liquid comestible dispense technician

Just to say that The Star will always have a special place in my heart. Great brewery, excellent brews, and the best brewery tap you could imagine. It's a real pleasure to work there! Alan, Simon, Paul and everyone else, CHEERS!

Monte Mild

Glad to see you are doing your Mild in May this year its one of my favourites."

Jumbo Duncan

Profound words of wisdom "The church is near but the road is icy, the bar is far but i will tread carefully"

Keith Luckhurst

Tried your Black Friar at the Rushden Historic Transport Society last week. Wonderful! Thank you for producing such tremendous beer.
Regards, Keith

NANCY

I WOULD LOVE TO VISIT BATH, ENGLAND SOMEDAY AND COME AND VISIT YOUR PUB.

Davy Crumplar

For the past 3 and 1/2 months I called Bath home and Abbey ales was one of the greatest parts of living in Bath. However, I am now back home in the U.S., where I believe (please tell I'm wrong) there is no Abbey Ales! If you shipped to the States I would practically cry as a result of being so happy. God bless and Merry Christmas. Davy Crumplar

Jay Roszman

I've just spent the last 3 1/2 months studying in Bath and have enjoyed Bath Abbey Ales to the fullest! Do you ship to the states? There would be nothing better than some posters/signs to brag about Bath Abbey Ales, and a nice T-Shirt! Thanks for the great beer, and the great memories and laughs I've had around it. I miss Bath already. Merry Christmas. Cheers!

Shaun Davis

The Sec-RAT-ary

The previous suggestion - (regarding the TIE) - by John Wilcock is a very good one Alan and I think as long as they are in the 'Abbey Colours' and not too 'bright', they should go down well. Put me down for one as well.
Best wishes to Martin & Simon at the brewery.
PS : I'm organising a 'Bellringer' City Centre crawl - (as per your excellent leaflet) - in the next month or so ... see you soon.
Cheers ...
Dave,
Sec-RAT-ary, Real Ale Tasting Society - R.A.T.S. ® Llantrisant - Mid Glamorgan.

John Wilcock (regular of The British Lion, Devizes)

Although there's some great stuff in your online shop Alan there's one addition which I'm sure would sell well and that's a tie. I would certainly buy 1, or if you did both an Abbey Ales one and a Bellringer one I'd buy 1 of each. Hopefully you'll see this as such a good idea you'll send me the first one free. Only kidding. I'll keep checking to see if you ever add one to your range. Keep up the good work and thanks again for the sponsorship of the British Lion Lagerfree Championship.

Andrew Morton

Thanks for the Crawl booklet can't wait to visit Bath again. Although we only usually go to The Star!!!

Mary & Sam Bradley

Antony

Great diary thanks!

Philip Keeler

Just moved away from Bath, after working in the city for a few months. One of my best memories will be bringing 36 pints of Bellringer in a box home to my parents house and drinking it with friends. It didn't last long and after sampling many different Ales around the UK - Bellringer has got to be one of the best. Cheers and keep up the good work! Phil.

Graham Goodall

Keep up the good work in making exelant BEERS.

Marco

Great website, congratulations from Italy
Marco

A Race Goer!!!

What a surprise to see a beer festival at a race meeting. Well done to all concerned at Bath Races it was excellent. Noticed Bellringer the first to sell out! It certainly is the beer of Bath!!

richard kinley

MGBADA JOE, ABA, NAIJA

I LOVE THIS SITE!!!.

Jeff

Enjoyed your ales at Lambretta's at the Parade Park. Stayed there while visiting from the States. The people at Lambretta's treated me well (considering I was just another annoying tourist!). Wish you could deliver a cask to the US.

Jed

had the occasion to spend time in Bath and drank some Abby Ales.. great beer...
awesome site.. continued success.

Tony Martin

Tried the Bath Star at Ring O Bells Hinton Blewitt excellent pint in an excellent pub.

Mary Bradley

Although only 2 members of our band have had the unique opportunity to sample this brewery's fine wares, we are all WHOLEHEARTED supporters of all these fine brews. "Kidnapped" to the Star - our visit in Bath was the most fun we had in the UK! A little suprised we made it back to London! Hi, Alan, hope everything is going really well for you - looks like it is from your news page! PLEASE let me know when you will begin shipping/partnered production to/in the US! That "Buy Online" button keeps flashing and flashing and flashing....what I'd do for a Bellringer right now! Keep well - hope to visit you soon! Your friends, Sam & Mary Bradley, Dallas TX USA www.myonder.com

Ole van Luyn

A question, really. How about a listing on your web site, of all Bath pubs which - apart from The Star, of course - would normally have Abbey Ales available? Greetings! - Ole van Luyn.

Alan Morgan

Antony Thank you for your comments below and your letter regarding Black Friar. It is available again at the end of this month as it has been brewed for Bristol Beer Festival.

Antony Hunt

I think that Black friar is genuinely the best ale i have EVER tasted, and i have tasted a few. Where can i find it?

Colin Townsend

Beer arrived as per instructions well done! Excellent quality!

TownFish (British Lion, Devizes)

Looking forward to several Bellringer sessions over Christmas, only about 5 x 18's to get through, really shouldn't present a problem to the Sunday crew of the BL. Many thanks for an excellent year of campanology in Devizes, it even made it to my back garden.I'd like to wish a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to Alan and everyone else at Abbey Ales, keep up the excellent work!

Malcolm the Fish

G K Chesterton

Before the Romans came to Britain it was the rolling English drunkard who made the rolling English roads.

Allan Ashe

Beer arrived on time as promised unfortunatly it probably took longer to deliver than it did to drink! Excellent service and beer! Thanks will come again.

Blades

Just had the opportunity to try your product and my i say that it is one of the finest beers I have ever had. You can bet I will be going to Beers Of The World in Brighton New York USA and have Faust order me many cases!!! Jolly Good Job!!!

A regular from the British Lion, Devizes.

What can I say? I first tasted Bellringer about 2.5 years ago and now can't get enough of it! The only trouble is that as I've drunk so much I have grown to an XL size and need to buy new clothes. Ah I thought, I could get a Bellringer T-shirt, but no, the biggest you do is an L. Please please please do let me know when you're going to make an XL one. Ps, could you please ask Mike at the British Lion to make Bellringer permanent, I've asked him numerous times but to no avail. Pps Marcella says hi too.

Van den Broeck Jurgen

Very good site of a very good beer. Greetings, Jurgen

Lucy Morgan
